Depending on the destination country, you can choose from three available packages in our e-service: Premium, Standard, or Economy. 

When sending parcels out of the EU, customs fees are imposed by the destination country based on the parcel's value, contents, and local regulations.

60 days to return

Parcels can be returned at local post offices within 60 days after the return label is generated (except in Finland, where returns must be made to Matkahuolto parcel machines or pick-up points).

Our convenient and easy return service is available for your customers from 26 destination countries. For returns, the parcel size and weight allowance matches destination country limits.

Compensation

In the event of loss or damage to the shipment, compensation is provided: max amount per shipment is 500 € and it does not depend on the service or additional services of the original shipment.
